"The MkII was only available with a full keel, the Telstar Keel was  not an option for financial reasons. On early models (1979, start of 1980) the teak strip did not extend to the bow. Several boats did not have the “island” style sink. According to Craig Beckwith (the HC Yacht guru!) they only made 3 or 4 like this but it was not a popular style so they were discontinued. So far I have identified four boats (Sugata ‘79, Sophia ‘79, Endurance ‘84, Denali ‘85)."
